WE HAD BEEN FEATURED ON NATIONAL RADIO

The recent pandemic has taught us that we can get a great workout at home, without going to the gym. I’ve been invited as an expert to talk on BYU national radio station top morning program, The Lisa Show to talke about home gyms, homemade exercise equipment, and tips for getting motivated to work out at home.

Thanks to BYU radio,
Tim Kessler. Co-Founder GymPerson.com

Tim Kessler

Founder of GymPerson.com

I am a fitness expert and preacher for health  with 25 years of experience in strength training, weight lifting, sports nutrition, and body transformation. I have dedicated most of my life and many thousands of hours for my education about health, fitness, weight training, and nutrition.

I learned from the works of very best icons in fitness, including Michael Yessis, Ph.D., expert of Biomechanics, Kinesiology, and trainer of professional athletes. From  legendary coach Charles Poliquin, as well as from works of Matt Brzycki, B.S., famous coach from Princeton University, and from so many others.

I’m in my late 40’s now, and I look much better today than when I was 20 years old. Yes, I was younger, but I looked awful. I was out of shape, weak, had no muscles, and I didn’t even know I had abs. Let’s say I wasn’t the kind of guy women get attracted to.

Through education, practice, and working hard, I have totally transformed my body and turned fitness into my profession.

After over two decades of trying out all exercise techniques under the sun, training, and working with many people, I know what works and what doesn’t.

I’m here to contribute from my experience so you can achieve your fitness goals faster without wasting time doing the wrong workouts.

You can go to the gym (and that’s fine), but you can also build your own home gym and work out at home. We have guides on how to choose the right home workout equipment without spending a fortune.

If you are on a low budget, we have DIY guides on how you can make your own weights and other equipment for pennies.

Even if you got no-budget, we show you how you can turn household items into workout tools. Last but not least, we can show you some very effective bodyweight exercises.

See… you have no excuses not to exercise 🙂

I’m Lisa, a donut eater turned into a health conscious person turned into a marathon runner (side note: losing some 60+ pounds along the way!) And, if you’re more active, you can also get away with eating whatever you like sometimes like I do. I’m on a mission to educate people on getting healthier and more active.

Some websites are merely made by people who are not really into helping others, but rather making money through affiliate programs, writing crappy reviews with mediocre information in them.

We stand behind everything we write, we believe that if you are on a tight budget, no space to spare and almost no time, you can still get one hell of a whole body workout. You can lose weight and gain lean body mass at the same time by using exercise resistance bands that cost less than fifty bucks!

A question we both get asked a lot is whether one should join a gym or work out at home.
We are firm believers that a home gym is a better fit for many people. Either way, going to the gym or working out at your own home gym, we’ll help you make the right decisions.

I wish you all the best

Yours truly
Tim & Lisa
